1. Introduction

Wood360 LLP ("Wood360", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to delivering high-quality furniture, interior solutions, and related products manufactured using industry-standard materials and workmanship.

This Warranty Policy outlines the terms, conditions, limitations, and coverage applicable to products supplied by Wood360.

By purchasing, accepting delivery of, or using any product supplied by Wood360, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Warranty Policy.

2. Warranty Coverage

Wood360 warrants that its products shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential or commercial use, subject to the terms and limitations set forth in this Policy.

Unless otherwise specified in writing, the standard warranty period is:

Five (5) years from the date of delivery or installation, whichever occurs first.

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser or client for whom the product was supplied.

3. What Is Covered

Subject to inspection and verification by Wood360, this warranty may cover:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials.

  • Structural defects arising from workmanship.

  • Defects in factory-applied hardware supplied by Wood360.

  • Failure of components resulting from manufacturing faults under normal use.

  • Installation-related defects where installation was performed directly by Wood360.

Wood360 reserves the right to determine whether a reported issue qualifies for warranty coverage.

4. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.

  • Natural variations in wood grain, texture, color, or appearance.

  • Expansion, contraction, warping, or movement of wood caused by environmental conditions.

  • Minor variations in finish, veneer, laminate, fabric, stone, metal, or other natural materials.

  • Scratches, dents, stains, burns, chips, discoloration, or accidental damage.

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, abuse, improper handling, or improper maintenance.

  • Exposure to excessive moisture, humidity, water, sunlight, heat, chemicals, or environmental conditions.

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, alterations, or relocation of products.

  • Damage caused by pests, insects, rodents, or natural disasters.

  • Consumable items and accessories subject to normal replacement.

  • Third-party products, appliances, fixtures, hardware, or materials not manufactured or supplied by Wood360.

5. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty eligibility, products must be:

  • Used only for their intended purpose.

  • Maintained according to reasonable care and maintenance practices.

  • Protected from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, heat sources, and abnormal environmental conditions.

  • Cleaned using appropriate products and methods suitable for the materials involved.

Failure to properly maintain products may void warranty coverage.

6. Warranty Claims

To request warranty service, customers must:

  • Notify Wood360 promptly upon discovering the issue.

  • Provide proof of purchase, invoice, project documentation, or other reasonable evidence of ownership.

  • Provide photographs, videos, or other information reasonably requested by Wood360.

  • Permit inspection of the product where necessary.

Wood360 reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any warranty claim.

7. Remedies

If a valid warranty claim is approved, Wood360 may, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the affected product or component.

  • Replace the defective product or component with a comparable item.

  • Refinish or restore the affected area.

  • Provide an alternative remedy deemed appropriate by Wood360.

Any repaired or replaced component shall remain subject only to the balance of the original warranty period.

Warranty remedies are limited solely to those described in this Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wood360 shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of business, revenue, profits, or opportunities.

  • Costs associated with removal, transportation, storage, or reinstallation unless expressly agreed by Wood360.

  • Damages arising from improper use, environmental conditions, or third-party actions.

The remedies provided under this Warranty Policy constitute the exclusive remedies available to the customer.

9. Transferability

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or client identified in Wood360's records.

10. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this Warranty Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mehsana, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to This Warranty Policy

Wood360 reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes shall become effective upon publication on this page.
